WTF?
I've been doing this long enough now to have come across very different venues
and audiences and I add the following to try and help you decide if I'm for
you. My stuff is definitely political with a small p with themes like rampant
consumerism, old age, homelessness, corporate greed etc. and I've gone down
well at places like The Verve, CSCDDC, Alt.com.cab, The Hollybush, Sheffield
and Nottingham students' unions. I don't do jokes about rape, peadophiles,
having sex with my grandmother, anyone's sexuallity, real or constructed ethnic
minorities etc. I know comedians who can have audiences pissing themselves with
that stuff and that's fine, but it's not my thing and I usually go down like a
lead balloon if I'm on the same bill.
I'm on the lookout for open mic and paid sessions of 10-20 minutes that are
within 100 miles of Chesterfield. I have about 30 minutes of well tested
material and that's growing with each gig I do.
If you are considering booking me I can e-mail links to videos of complete 10
and 20 minute gigs.
I have a car and am willing to share journeys.

I
use that last black and white one of me as a kid quite a lot in my own
publicity.
