The Internet
I have designed and run a commercial course, The Internet for Business for North Notts. TEC and North Derbyshire Business Link for whom I am an approved training provider. I designed, built and maintained the Topologika Web Site ('98 - 2001), a site for MGM Spares at www.mgm-spares.co.uk and www.vintage-plates.co.uk and the Eastwords site at www.fernhse.demon.co.uk. I provided the web version of Sheffield Business Club's (www.ukco.co.uk/sbc) newsletter and managed their on-line membership database, using their own MS Access files and macros which I developed myself to automatically create the directory ('98 - 2000). Sites under development include SINTO. I wrote a regular column in Acorn Publisher on website design, and various pieces in Internet Business Magazine, Indicator's Internet Newsletter etc. I have written on Internet educational marketing issues for the ISTI site. New developments include the use of sound on pages and the production of Shockwave files for delivery via the web.
